latest collection of new homes situated in a popular master-planned

diversifying KB Home’s product offerings to accommodate home buyers with

At Terrain, KB Home will construct 120 new ranch-style paired homes in
six new floor plans. With up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half
baths, and ranging in size from approximately 1,400 to 1,700 square
feet, the homes at Terrain allow for single-story living and desirable
